0:00–0:25 — What we offer. “LuaZero helps rice cooperatives turn scattered field records into a reviewable evidence package for low-emission rice. Our working prototype connects a transparent calculation with a workflow for missing and conflicting observations.”
0:25–1:10 — Show the calculation. Default 50 ha, 95 days, multiple drainage, explicit 5 t/ha straw assumption. Point to 3.08 tCO2e/ha/season. “This is a scenario, not measured impact. We deduct all estimated N2O and include a soil-carbon risk adjustment.” Change organic amendment to none; explain why residue assumptions matter. Reset the scenario. Increase project nitrogen to 120 and show the estimate declining; reset again.
1:10–2:00 — Show the evidence workflow. Scroll to the 12-week sample. Point out week 6 missing, week 7 conflict and week 10 uncertainty. “We do not hide missing evidence or average disagreements away.” Update week 7 to flooded; the sample agreement status changes, while the original observation and edit are preserved. “Agreement only means these two records align. Human review is still required.”
2:00–2:25 — Export. Download the scenario report. It contains inputs, intermediate arithmetic, version, source links, synthetic provenance and edit history. Export the evidence CSV if useful. These are demonstration artifacts, not official monitoring reports.
2:25–3:00 — Pilot ask. “We seek a Vietnamese cooperative and research collaborator for a two-season, 200–300-ha pilot. We will test actual satellite observations against ground loggers, quantify reporting effort and commission independent pre-assessment. The proposed budget is USD 55,000. Zalo and real satellite integration are the next work packages.”
If asked about readiness: the integrated technology is at proof-of-concept stage. Arithmetic tests are evidence of software behavior, not evidence of field accuracy. Do not describe the synthetic sample as live Sentinel-1 data.
